Added Roadworks in Bristol

The "jams" filter on the site already included markers for all of the jam cams along Bristol's motorways and shows live traffic delays on the trunk routes. However, there was not much in town, until now.

There are now markers for all of the scheduled road maintenance within Bristol. Current works are shown with "construction ahead" signs, and work that is scheduled for the near future has a marker with a calendar icon. Since road works are biggest cause of delays (after traffic lights) this will help you avoid them where possible.
