New Features
We are always improving things on this site and today we have a number of new features for you.
Now that there is a lot of property on the map (about 7500 properties) and you really do some serious house/flat searching, it became obvious that people would need a way to keep track of the properties they likes. We thought about it and came up with the "Kiss List". When you look at the information window for any property (or any other type of marker) there is a "kiss this" link. Clicking that adds that marker to your personal "kiss list". You can view your kiss list by clicking the "kiss list" link also in every marker information window or by clicking "kisses" in the silver bar that runs across the screen above the map.
Talking of the silver bar that runs across the map, you will find many of the commands and functions that used to be in other places such as the controls to zoom in and out of the map. By using words rather than icons or strange controls, it makes it easier to find the functions and use them when you need them.
When you choose to look at property, there are so many markers, that showing them all straight away would be pointless. So a blank pops up asking what you maximum price is and whether you are looking for sales or rental properties. This means the map can show you appropriate properties right away.
Here's a tip, you do not need to enter the 000 for the thousands in the price of sales properties. For instance if your top price for a house is 250,000 then just enter "250", although if you enter 250,000 that works too.
